The event with the theme "Personalized Learning Pathways (PLP)”, is scheduled to hold on

Saturday, 10th January 2026, at 10 a.m,

Venue: Event Hall of the National Universities Commission.

This event aims to reposition teachers for effective service delivery in the classroom. At the end of this event, we believe that:

1. Teachers will implement a process for students to formally set and track their own learning goals (academic or skill-based).

2. Participants will develop a "playlist" or choice board that offers students multiple pathways to demonstrate mastery of a standard.

3. Teachers will learn to facilitate one-on-one student conferencing to discuss progress and adjust learning plans.

4. The faculty will define the necessary non-negotiable standards for their grade/subject that all students must meet.

5. Participants will design a system for documenting student progress through personalized paths and identifying when intervention is needed.
