Being born with sickle cell disorder I had always known I was different from other kids as I could not play with other neighborhood children. I get tired easily due to my persistent but unexplained anemic pain with no apparent cause plague me and there was nothing that could ease it. At the age of 14, I was hospitalized with a high fever diagnosed with Tuberculosis indicating serious infection which leads to reduced blood flow in my hip and back regions. Osteonecrosis is also known as avascular necrosis is a painful condition that occurs when the blood supply to the head of the femur(thighbone) is disrupted which leads to the destruction of the hip joint and a severe disability. I face challenging demands coping with my day to day activities and a budding career as I greatly experience constant pain and difficulties walking and on my spine. I'm in need of a hip replacement surgery for both hips.

I am calling out to well-meaning and patriotic Nigerians for financial assistance to support the carrying out of the surgery. This is a cry and plea for my heart; your assistance and support will be greatly appreciated and directed towards to right course.
