Our vision is to provide peer-to-peer support (through telehealth systems) to improve health outcomes, general knowledge of the impact of mental health & raise awareness of mental health in Nigeria.  Our mission is to create an inclusive community & support each other’s mental health wellbeing through peer-facilitated groups as well as outreaches, employing the use of social media, etc.

We are passionate about helping people going through mental health issues like depression, anxiety, loss, trauma amongst others find hope, health and healing. With the understanding that recovery allows people fully participate & live their best lives, as well as contribute to the world around them in meaningful ways, we are honoured to support their journey and give them a platform to share their voice.
