The Federation of African Medical Students' Associations (FAMSA) Technical Working Group on HIV/AIDS is marking this World AIDS Day with a webinar scheduled on December 2nd and 3rd, 2022.

The aim of the webinar is to ensure medical students develop a more positive attitude or perception toward patients living with HIV, understand the need for advocacy about HIV testing, and become more interested in HIV related research.

• Day 1 of the webinar is dedicated to Research in HIV/AIDS and will include presentations on advancements in HIV research. The session will begin at 4p.m. GMT
• Day 2 will feature a panel discussion that is aimed at breaking the healthcare bias against People Living with HIV in Africa. The session will begin at 12p.m. GMT
