She Leads, She Builds: Women's SDG Bootcamp is an intensive leadership and capacity-building program designed to empower women with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to become changemakers who contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The bootcamp focuses on four core pillars:
1. Leadership Development
Participants will develop the confidence, character, and practical leadership skills required to lead teams, initiate community projects, and inspire positive social change. Sessions will emphasize self-awareness, ethical leadership, decision-making, and servant leadership.
2. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
The program introduces participants to the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, helping them understand global challenges and how they can design local, impactful solutions that contribute to sustainable communities.
3. Innovation & Problem Solving
Women will learn creative thinking, design thinking, and practical approaches to identifying societal problems and developing innovative, sustainable solutions. The emphasis is on transforming ideas into impactful initiatives and social enterprises.
4. Communication & Advocacy
Effective leadership requires effective communication. Participants will strengthen their public speaking, storytelling, networking, negotiation, and advocacy skills to confidently influence communities, mobilize support, and champion causes they care about.
