In commemoration of our 1 year anniversary, the Asido Foundation launched an advocacy campaign, tagged #unashamed2020 which aims to promote open conversations around mental health and encourage empathy and support for affected persons in this new decade of the 2020s.

We aim to have 1 million people take the #unashamed2020 pledge on our website and commit to be positive advocates for humane treatment and societal support for affected persons.

The Unashamed2020 Conference takes this further. We are bringing together, a panel of distinguished speakers from diverse backgrounds/perspectives to highlight the negative issues associated with mental health challenges and contribute ideas on the way forward.

The theme of the conference is ‘Unashamed2020: Open Conversations around Mental Health.’
