Lawyers Alert and the SGBV Justice Network (SJN) Cluster in partnership with SCALE will give 
publicity on the issues of non-implementation of the Violence Against Persons Prohibition Law (VAPPL) and the Administration of the Criminal 
Justice Law (ACJL). The rally will be held in Makurdi, Benue State, with women and other Civil Society (CS) groups in 
attendance and participating.
