IBOM IGNITE is a project initiated by The Gathering which has been around for a couple of years to inspire and empower the next generation of youth. The project intends to incite passion, highlight the abundant opportunities available in our society, and support them in building a better future. Through collaborations with various entities, including international organizations, government bodies, corporations, religious institutions, and individuals, IBOM IGNITE organizes knowledge-based empowerment initiatives such as seminars and camp gatherings. The primary focus is to transform the negative mindset of the younger generation and foster an entrepreneurial spirit, enabling them to become self-sufficient and creators of employment opportunities. 


The theme for this year's IbomIgnite 2023 conference is STRETCH.  My story, My business  is an event designed for young and promising entrepreneurs to provide an inspiring and creative atmosphere. This event will challenge young entrepreneurs to push the boundaries of their own capabilities and think outside the box. Attendees will learn how to develop their own unique ideas and process information in creative ways. There will be workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities to help young entrepreneurs reach their goals.  

This year's conference will also provide an atmosphere of collaboration, encouragement, and innovation, as well as resources and guidance to help attendees reach their goals. Great businessmen and women from all walks of life will be invited to speak to the youth about their stories and what it takes to move from our comfort zone and think outside the box.
