Yes, You may be going through a difficult situation now. 
You may be feeling discouraged, disappointed or depressed. 
But this doesn't mean that's where life ends.
There's still hope. 
You need resilience to truly live through and bounce back from life's difficulties, whether as a youth, a leader, student, or business owner.

In commemoration of world mental health day this year, we will be hosting a conversation to help you develop your capacity to navigate difficult situations.

Join us this coming Saturday, October 14th at 4pm(WAT), as we host some experts who will be handing us the tools to build resilience and mental well-being as young leaders.

The world needs your light and you need the capacity to go through challenges and recover quickly from difficult situations, without losing your mind..
