Lagos Book & Art (LABAF) is an annual carnivalesque LITERACY campaign event with emphasis on Education, Enlightenment and Empowerment of the populace towards Human Capital Development of the nation and the continent. 

Main features are: Reading, Reviews, and Conversations around Books; Art Exhibitions, Creative  Workshops for Capacity Building; Mentorship; Performances in Music, Drama, Dance; Film Screenings; Networking and Literary Parties, etc
