The watchman’s decree is the second edition of the prayer and revival conference put up by the Christian Youth Fellowship of St Peter’s Mil Church (prot) Calabar. In this quarter’s edition we seek to expound on our responsibilities and all required of us as kingdom watchmen through:• In-depth teachings from God’s Word• ⁠Protracted prayer drills and • ⁠Intimate worship sessions.This is done in alignment with the requirements of the spirit for this present day we live in.It has always been the Lord’s cry to find men who will stand in the gap to interphase with Him for a download of His will to his people. This meeting is a response to these summons as we say yes to the Lord in mounting our guard just like Habakuk not only for ourselves but for the Nation.
