In an era where students face tremendous pressure to succeed academically, maintain mental stability, and make critical life choices, many undergraduates are silently struggling with identity crises, self-doubt, and burnout. For some, the courses they were assigned are not of their choosing; for others, academic grades fail to reflect their true capacity.
As part of our commitment to youth empowerment, YTOP Global introduces “Am I Enough?”, a seminar designed to help undergraduates develop clarity of identity, rebuild confidence, and begin intentional steps toward personal growth and mental well-being.
Objective:
• To help students discover and accept their true identity.
• To affirm that self-worth is not solely defined by CGPA, course choice, or peer comparison.
• To introduce practical strategies for personal and career development.
• To raise awareness on mental health and wellness in academic environments.
• To provide a platform for peer expression, connection, and healing.
