Samsung smart TV comes with numerous preinstalled applications for your viewing pleasure, and you can also install 3rd party apps on your Samsung smart TV more on their app store, subscribe to channels and enjoy.  

However, there are some apps you may not find, either not preinstalled, or not available on their app store. It happens from one smart TV brand to another.  BODI Beachbody On Demand (BOD) app is a popular health app, with a focus on fitness, and has amazing channels people watch to improve their health.  

If you’re unable to find the Beachbody app on your Samsung TV, it may be due to compatibility issues or installation errors, and I'm going to guide you on how to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.  You can add or download apps that are not listed to your Samsung smart TV, but before I go into that, let's look into the reasons you may not find the Beachbody app on your TV.  

Check your Samsung TV for Compatibility Is it a Supported Model: The Beachbody app is not available for old Samsung TVs manufactured before 2018, according to BusinessPally magazine.  Beachbody is only installable on 2018 and newer models that run the Tizen operating system (OS).    

To know the model year of your Samsung smart TV, check the back of your TV, you should find it there.  Also, go to your smart TV’s settings under Support, and you will find the model in the About This TV section.  The letter in the model code represents the year. 

For example: M means 2017 N means 2018 R means 2019 T means 2020  Verify App Availability Check the Samsung app store. First, make sure your TV is connected to the internet.  Open the Samsung Smart Hub or Apps section, and search for "Beachbody" or "BOD." If it doesn’t appear, it might not be supported on your device.  

There are also regional restrictions on apps and channels so the Beachbody app may not be available in your country or region.  Consider changing your Samsung account region if you’re in an unsupported area.  Troubleshooting Steps You can try to update your TV’s firmware because outdated software can prevent apps from appearing.  

Go to Settings > Support > Software Update.  Select Update Now to install the latest version.  Another thing to do is to restart the smart hub.  Resetting the smart hub can resolve app availability issues most of the time.  Navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub. Sign back in and search for the app again.  Search using the full name of the app like  Beachbody On Demand instead of Beachbody to ensure accurate results, Akin Chaktty advised. 

If the app is not compatible with your Samsung TV, consider the following options: Use a Streaming Device Install the Beachbody app on a compatible streaming device connected to your TV: Amazon Fire TV Stick, Roku, Apple TV, Google Chromecast Screen Mirroring or Casting Use Samsung Smart View or the SmartThings app on your phone or tablet to cast Beachbody workouts to your TV.  For Android devices, enable screen mirroring from the Quick Settings panel. For iOS devices, use AirPlay if your Samsung TV supports it. 

Connect via HDMI Use an HDMI cable to connect your laptop or computer to the TV. Access the Beachbody On Demand website and stream workouts directly. 

Use Built-in Browser If your Samsung TV has a web browser: Open the browser and visit beachbodyondemand.com. Log in and play workouts directly.  Contact Support Samsung support is your last option If you suspect a software issue, Samsung's customer service will assist you.  

Also, you can try the Beachbody support.  Visit their Help Centre or contact support to confirm app availability on your TV model.
